It's Tuesday and I can't wait...

It's Tuesday and I can't wait... to finish by babies' 1st birthday presents. Their birthday was last week but rather than feel terrible they weren't finished on time, I'm going to feel good that I have given lots of cuddles, wiped lots of snotty noses and changed way too many nappies as both kids suffered through their first colds and bout of gastro!

We will celebrate soon with finished presents, cakes and balloons.

Thanks for Louise from Buttons By Lou Lou for starting and hosting It's Tuesday and I can't wait.... Visit Louise to see who else is playing...

If it's any consolation, we have been known to 'nudge' birthdays with far less justification than a ghastly gastro and cold combination!

Yep, I'm with Tania- this year, Sharon and I 'nudged' Valentine's Day, my Birthday and our Anniversary... just because we were lazy. Oh, and there was some sort of business starting up in our house :-) But nothing as dramatic as the flu/gastro combo! Anyway, the pressies look gorgeous, as always!! What are they going to be when they're finished? I can't wait to see them! Sigh. You're so damn clever.

These look really sweet - can't wait to see them finished.
There's a tute for a carry-along house I have been meaning to make - I think it might be a Christmas present for my eldest two this year.

Happy 1st Birthdays :-)

You do need to make the most of their blissful ignorance at this age. I'm sure they'll have much more fun when they are well.

Birthdates have been fluid in our household too. While no-one can read a calendar I think we're still safe.

Hope your gorgeous kids are feeling better now!

Can't wait to see the finished products. Glad to know that the kids are both back to "normal". They're going to have years of fun with their pressies.
