On a quiet Saturday night, this little mouse found it's way to my house. Because the sewing machine does not create the right ambiance when watching a movie, this little guy was made out of felt and sewn by hand.
He is one of the wonderful creations that come from the mind of Ms Ric Rac. A BIG thanks to Jodie for the pattern.

Very cute "petite Souris"!
SOOO cute! What's his name??
sooo cute! love Jodie's creations, you have done her proud I'm sure!
hehe, word verification is swell!
I use to collect mice things when I was younger. My mum even gave in and got me pet mice. I need to sit down and do some serious hand sewing... It always fills my soul with happiness... better than machine sewing!!
xo Steph
I don't like real mice, but this little fellow is delightful!
I would be happy to have this mouse in my house :)
Very nice and even hand stitching as well!
Oh, Nikki, he's adorable. I hope you make him a mate soon - or maybe a big piece of swiss cheese! I'm working my way through the must-do lists so some felt and hand-sewing might just find their way into my house, sometime soon... when we get more sleep of course!
Nikki,
This is the first mouse I have seen and I love the handsewing !
I'm off to have a celebratory tipple - You have truly ruly made my day/ evening.
Thanks!
Clever thing you!! Mice aren't my favourite little creatures - but this one I think is cute!!
I admit a sweet little dude like that made it to the top of my to do list as soon as Jodie posted - which is saying something since I once sat almost-paralysed on a couch for five hours in a European city while throwing torn up pieces of a TV guide at a dying mini mouse. Ew.
Yep that is the only sort of mouse I want to see in my house .
There is nothing "rodenty" about this little mouse. Too cute for words!
Totally sweeet little mousie. I adore Ric-Rac Jodie's work too! I hate to say it but many a real mousies have met their demise by my hand. Perhaps I should create an army of mouses for the house in their remembrance.
super cute Nikki, is it just the one? you need twin mice ofcourse.
Not with a fox, not on a box, not in the rain, not on a train. I do not like green eggs and ham I do not like them Sam I am.
But wait..
I could, I would eat them with this mouse and I would let him in my house as he is made of felt of the sheepish kind and unlikely to leave something nasty behind!
Peta (sleep deprived and a bit odd today)! xo
I gave you a lovely blog award, pop over and see. If you have already received, just ignore me!!
Owww just like my Bubbles who passed away on Saturday
