Some sewing to make a few old things feel better...
An old-school photo album from the Op Shop for my sister to keep a few odd photos in that she has collected along the way. I covered it in denim and reversed appliqued a few stars on the front (how fancy does that sound! Thanks to Diane for the tute).
And some repairs to pants that had see better days... now they have lots more play left in them!

You are so clever. Thanks for the photo album, I love it.
you are indeed! cute stars:)
Oh well done! Repairs are never much fun, yours all look well worth the effort.
Very glad to hear Webster is in recovery :)
You have inspired me to do a few repairs. These look really fabulous.
Send my best wished to Webster. When will he be having his stitches out? Er, actually ... just pretend I didn't ask that last question.
I normally hate everything to do with repairs (they are not as much fun as making something new!) but these look great - might be something I need soon now someone is wearing the knees of her pants out.
Wowee what amazing refashioning! All those pants have a whole new lease on life.
Love the reverse applique - I've been wanting to try that out (it's on the big list)!
I got to seat some fortune cookies yesterday - they were absolultely delicious, and the messages made me chuckle!
nice reverse applique - I have yet to try out that one. You are good to do repairs - I just put them in the too hard basket!!
You may have heard this once or twice before - er, WHERE DO YOU FIND THE TIME?
The photo album looks really nice! These patched up pants remind me so much of my little (not so little any more!)brother pants when we were kids!!Having two girls I did not have to patch up knees;)
Hi Nikki
Where do you find the time with 12 month old twins?
AM
As usual, gorgeous job on the album for Truj and terrific patching jobs!
