A quick update on Webster. He has been washed...
.... given his hospital I.D. tag...
...and is resting comfortably, while waiting for Dr B Cardigan to prep for surgery.
Dr B Cardigan is currently in consultation with her mentor, Professor Treacle Beak (aka her mum!) for help and advice.
Thankyou to everyone for your well wishes xxx

That is absolutely gorgeous. Will have to remember it for my little one's toy disasters.
You're really going to string this entire procedure out, aren't you? As would I. Love it. Trust you are giggling behind the camera lens...
Good luck Doctor - we will all be thinking of you. I have you have a brow-wiping nurse to assist.
hehe...you could not possibly be taking these photos without laughing hysterically!
funny little story, hope Webster pulls through. :)
Good luck with the surgery!
Hope Webster will be brave! All the best with this surgery Dr B Cardigan;)I have a bag full of surgery to do here too!! shht they forgot about them now ;)
LOL! Funny funny. My thoughts are with Webster :-)
Aww, Lil Webster... I am happy to see that you are making him 'Hospital' stay as comfortable as possible : ).
Too funny, blanked out surname! Priceless.
I'm sure Webster is in very capable hands. Good luck with the surgery.
Webster clearly looks as though he has fasted pre-surgery.
I have spoken with the theatre team, all are ready for Webster's gizzard replacement & limb reattachment. The cosmetic team are on standby for the fluffafying process. Although anaesthetist is having trouble finding a mask to cover the beak.
Now Webster count back from ten, 9,8,7,6,5........zzzzz
Good Luck, we'll see you in the recovery rooms.
